Bonet Especialitats Hidroquímiques S.L.U. formulates and manufactures chemical products and specialties for water treatment (swimming pools, open and closed circuits, drinking water). It also distributes pool accessories from the most prestigious brands and the most comprehensive range of analysis kits and analytical instrumentation.

The Policy Statement establishes the following main guidelines:

1. Comply with applicable legal and regulatory requirements.

2. Create a safe, dynamic, and pleasant work environment for the entire team, ensuring that employee satisfaction translates into customer satisfaction.

3. Build customer loyalty through highly effective and competitive products, accompanied by excellent commercial service that allows us to meet their expectations.

4. Continue offering the market innovative chemical products for water treatment (swimming pools, open and closed circuits, and domestic and industrial waters), analysis reagents, analytical instrumentation, and pool construction.

5. Maintain an effective Integrated Management System that is embedded in the organization’s business processes.

6. Work towards the continuous improvement of our formulation, manufacturing, marketing, and technical service processes, enabling us to grow in activity volume and achieve our objectives sustainably, always prioritizing people’s health and safety. Commitment to the continuous improvement of the management system implemented in the company.

7. Foster a culture of innovation led by Management and promote continuous progress in the company’s R&D&I.

8. Manage processes that reduce the environmental impact of our activity and proactively assess the environmental impact of new activities or services.

9. Encourage the rational and safe use of natural resources and a strong awareness of the importance of protecting

10. Protect the environment, including pollution prevention and the sustainable use of resources.

11. Promote employee and representative consultation and participation in the Management System through the Health and Safety Committee, and commitment to eliminating hazards and reducing risks.

12. Develop continuous training programs aimed at improving staff qualifications, thus involving them in achieving all the objectives established in this document.
